Leadership Team

Ellie Brennan completed a four year Bachelor of Education degree in Primary Teaching. Ellie has been working for STEP since 2018, originally starting as a Newly Qualified Teacher and developing through into her current role in leadership. During the course of her teaching career, she has taught in both Key Stage 1 and 2, working in a number of our East Sussex academies. Ellie holds a National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development and has played a key role in the development of our curriculum. 

Ellie currently works as our Deputy Head Teacher at Thornton Grove Academy.
